| Description: | Job Summary: To apply agriculture pesticides and fertilizers to crop fields, deliver agronomy products, assist in grain department, and work with customers in a safe manner that maximizes departmental effectiveness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

| Education Requirements: | EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training. |
| Experience Requirements: | The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. |
| Other Requirements: | CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must have a valid driver's license with a Class A CDL and have or be able to acquire a custom applicator's certification. The position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in our motor vehicle safety policy. Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position.
