| Description: | Job Summary: Safely haul grain, fertilizer, and associated materials and equipment between locations while maintaining a clean & efficient running truck and trailer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

| Education Requirements: | EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

| Experience Requirements: | The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

| Other Requirements: | CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Class A CDL License with Haz-Mat and tanker license. This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in our motor vehicle safety policy.
