Student Opportunities

College Relations Image 1 High school and college students have multiple options available to them when pursuing a career at Farmers Cooperative Company. Students who are still in school can pursue an FC internship or part-time employment, while students who will be graduating soon or have recently graduated may apply for one of our trainee positions or other full-time opportunities. FC is committed to keeping good young people in agriculture by showing them that there are excellent career options available in agriculture today!

FC's internship programs allow interns the opportunity to learn about every component that makes up the agricultural cooperative and gain many valuable experiences. Farmers Cooperative Company offers a trainee program designed with the recent college graduate in mind. Our Sales and Operations Trainee program provides the flexibility to learn both facility operations in grain and agronomy and about FC's agronomy sales organization and structure.
