Farmers Cooperative Co. (FC) Feed has 9 manufacturing locations across central, north central and northwest Iowa. These locations include Bondurant, Buckeye, Earlham, Everly, Greene, Hampton, Newell, Sac City and Spencer. From these feed mills, FC manufactures 850,000+ tons of complete feed annually.

From Sac City, Ned Lenhart serves the western part of our trade area. Keith Freie, located in Hampton, provides his expertise to customers in the eastern part of our trade area. Lance Livingston, located in Earlham serves the southern part of our trade area. From Everly, Mark Strohman and Lonnie Hansen serve the northern part of our trade area. Together, these business development experts have over 100 years of swine industry experience. Ned, Keith, Lance Lonnie and Mark work to help you find nutritional sources for your pigs. They are ready to help you fine-tune your production system and answer nutritional questions. Naturally, they're also available to discuss new products and any pricing questions. Beef customers, whether you have a problem in need of a solution or a question that needs an answer, Al Clough, Mark Jensen and Chuck Cosgrove are our beef experts. They are available to walk through your feedlots, offer production recommendations, price feed and formulate rations. Look to them for useful advice that will benefit your entire beef production system, whether you own a feedlot or manage a cow/calf operation. Our 9 FC Feed Mills Are Well Positioned For Your Success. We can easily supply feed for hogs destined for any of these packing plants. Available grain bushels are essential to our strength. Our FC grain receiving stations number 44, the most elevators under a single grain dealers license in the U.S. Of the 118,000,000 bushels received each year, 22,500,000 bushels fuel our 9 feed mills.

Making sure customers get the right feed at the right time in the right place is very important to FC. That is why all 9 feed mills have an extensive quality program in place. Corn Silage and High Moisture Grain Production Harvesting forage or high moisture grain at the proper moisture is perhaps the single most important management practice overlooked today.  Proper moisture levels in research trials have demonstrated better digestibility of protein and energy, less spoilage, improved intakes and more dry mattered recovered leading to better gains, feed conversions and lower cost of gains.
